A $15 service charge on all returned checks will be applied.

We are now accepting Paypal payments! Any Paypal payments must be made to "TripleBModels@aol.com" and can be cash only transactions - no credit card charges will be accepted through Paypal.
DISCOUNTS
Effective immediately, no more large quantity discounts are being offered. We are sorry we can no longer offer this service due to raising costs and we are still maintaining to keep our models affordable.

TAX ON SALES
If you live in Iowa, you must pay applicable tax rate for your county

Shipping
SHIPPING CHARGES
Most orders are shipped within two days of receipt.

All orders are shipped via UPS when shipped to the lower 48 United States. If you live outside this area, then shipping will be quoted. All international orders are shipped Airmail Insured.

UPS RATES:
EXACT SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED

Shipping is not refundable on returned merchandise. Merchandise being returned not due to damage is at the sender's expense. If items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately.

International Customers: We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Insurance is mandatory. We will not mark items as a "gift" or declare less than the value paid (this is the law, sorry).


RETURN POLICY
Items can only be returned if still in the original packaging and the Triple B Models verification sticker still in place. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense. Triple B Models must be notified within 10 days of invoicing date of any returns. No returns beyond that point.

If an item is broken in shipping, please notify us immediately so that a damage claim can be processed. Be sure to keep all packaging as UPS will inspect the package and take the damaged item(s).
