A $15 service charge on all returned checks will be applied.

Paypal
We are now accepting Paypal payments! Any Paypal payments must be made to "TripleBModels@aol.com" and can be cash only transactions - no credit card charges will be accepted through Paypal. NO EBAY AUCTIONS CAN BE PAID FOR WITH PAYPAL.
DISCOUNTS
Effective immediately, no more large quantity discounts are being offered. We are sorry we can no longer offer this service due to raising costs and we are still maintaining to keep our models affordable.

TAX ON SALES
If you live in Iowa, you must pay applicable tax rate for your county

TIME PAYMENT POLICY
Triple B Models has established a time payment policy for large orders.
If your order exceeds $200 (prior to shipping charges), you will be permitted, upon approval from Triple B Models, to be placed on a time payment plan.
Orders exceeding $200, but under $499, will be divided into three monthly installments. Upon receipt of the final installment, the order will be shipped. All payments are due on the first business day of each month.
If account is not paid in full in 90 days, all deposits will be forfeited. Discounts do not apply to layaway orders.
Orders exceeding $500 will be divided into five monthly installments.  Each Payment is due on the first business day of each month and upon receipt of the final payment, the order will be shipped.
Statements indicating the balance of the account will be sent monthly. If payment is not received for one month, the time payment plan will be subject to termination. Upon lack of payment, Triple B Models reserves the right to ship the order, based on the payments received, at their discretion. One notice will be sent prior to termination of the time payment plan.
If you will be unable to make a payment due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact Triple B Models immediately.

Shipping
SHIPPING CHARGES
Most orders are shipped within two days of receipt. If items are on backorder, the order will be held until all items are available for shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped as items become available, you will be responsible for individual shipping charges for each shipment made.

All orders are shipped via UPS when shipped to the lower 48 United States. If you live outside this area, then shipping will be quoted. All international orders are shipped Airmail Insured.

UPS RATES:
1 item - $10
2 or more items - $10 for the first item, $1 for each additional item

Shipping is not refundable on returned merchandise. Merchandise being returned not due to damage is at the sender's expense. If items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately.

International Customers: We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Insurance is optional and of course at your own risk should you choose not to have it. We will not mark items as a "gift" or declare less than the value paid (this is the law, sorry).


RETURN POLICY
Items can only be returned if still in the original packaging and the Triple B Models verification sticker still in place. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense. Triple B Models must be notified within 10 days of invoicing date of any returns. No returns beyond that point.

If an item is broken in shipping, please notify us immediately so that a damage claim can be processed. Be sure to keep all packaging as UPS will inspect the package and take the damaged item(s).
